Founded and established in 2013, Law Kuan Yew & Co. has undergone expansion from a sole proprietorship to a partnership, providing a wide range of services including corporate and commercial law, to property and real estate law.
The Firm was built on a solid foundation with partners who have vast experiences in their respective areas of practice.

Our Firm provides a wide range of corporate and commercial legal services, including advising on acquisition and disposal of companies and businesses, legal due diligence, corporate restructuring, licensing requirements, setting up of business and establishments in Malaysia and foreign investment rules.
We also handle various commercial agreements including joint venture arrangements, collaboration agreements, shareholders’ agreements, sale and supply agreements, distribution agreements, agency agreements, service agreements, and management agreements.
We have also expanded our services to start-up companies in matters relating to fund raising, shareholding structure, investment agreement and founders’ agreement.
We advise clients on personal data privacy and compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). We also assist clients in reviewing or preparing their personal data protection notices and policies.
We provide advisory work in various categories of insurance including motor insurance.
We act for clients in the acquisition or disposal of commercial and residential properties, and advise on leases and tenancies of commercial and residential properties.
We provide advisory work in relation to trade mark and copyright protection, and licensing agreements. We also assist clients with trade mark registration.
