Winston Law, the founder and Managing Partner of the Firm, graduated with Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the University of London in 1997 and obtained his Certificate in Legal Practice (CLP) in 1999.<\/p>\n

He was called to the bar on 24th November, 2000 and thereafter, commenced his legal practice with a reputable law firm in Kuala Lumpur in the litigation department and thereafter, with another reputable law firm in Klang, also in the litigation department.<\/p>\n

Winston Law then joined a reputable insurance company in Kuala Lumpur in the motor claims department for 12 years. During his tenure as an insurance officer, he acquired skills and expertise in claims handling and assessments, and at the management level, in issues pertaining to good corporate governance, risk management and compliances within the company and with the governing and regulatory bodies.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

The principles of risk management and compliance and good corporate governance are still practised in LAW KUAN YEW & CO. today.<\/p>\n

In 2013, Winston Law resumed law practice. The Firm was established and undergone expansion in areas where services are provided.<\/p>\n
